Tyrolean Spinning Wheel
The wheel has no hooks on the flyer; instead, the wheel has a unque pegging system. To advance the yarn on the bobbin, a “peg” made of twisted copper wire, is moved along the flyer arm. I’ve linked this post to YouTube video of wheel spinning so you can see how it works.
